Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started.

If your order arrives damaged, “Damages” section applies. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.  All refunds will be issued to the bank account you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrives at our warehouse.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damages

All merchandise delivered should also be opened and inspected immediately upon arrival.  It is very difficult to file “concealed damage” claims with shipping companies.  Damaged goods should be refused, and any damage to packaging should be noted on the driver’s copy of the Bill of Lading for any freight shipments.

If a customer does not note damage or missing items when signing, we are not able to file a claim or provide a return/refund. Any refused shipments that are returned to us where there isn’t evidence of damage to the item itself, will be subject to shipping fees and possible restocking fees.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email us for a return address closest to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
