The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 6 business days, depending on when you order and the payment option you choose. Free delivery and forklift unloading are included with every nationwide order.

Every order is dispatched from the state where the buyer resides. We collaborate with other PFI-certified wood pellet producers in practically every US state. We are able to provide free shipping and delivery in less than a week because of this.

How Our Pellet Delivery System Work

We provide an exceptional free Driveway and Garage delivery service designed for your convenience.

The free Driveway Delivery service is a convenient option for customers who are unable to be present when their heating products are delivered. A delivery coordinator will contact you at least one day in advance to inform you of the delivery and take note of any specific delivery instructions you.

Our Garage Delivery service comprises one of our expert delivery drivers delivering your item directly to your garage with a special pallet jack. A delivery coordinator will contact you at least one day in advance to arrange a mutually acceptable delivery time.

We do not park on your driveway

We park our truck on the street (not in your driveway!) and unload your pellets with our specialized forklift. In some places, we may deliver with smaller, lighter box trucks that can park in the driveway.

We’re excellent at following directions!

We carry the pellets up your driveway using our forklift and set them exactly where you want. Give us the specifications ahead of time, or paste a sign that reads ‘PELLETS HERE’ where you want them, and they’ll be ready and waiting when you arrive home!
