Our refund and return policy has a 30 days window. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started.
If your order arrives damaged, “Damages” section applies. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. All refunds will be issued to the bank account you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrives at our warehouse.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Damages
All merchandise delivered should also be opened and inspected immediately upon arrival. It is very difficult to file “concealed damage” claims with shipping companies. Damaged goods should be refused, and any damage to packaging should be noted on the driver’s copy of the Bill of Lading for any freight shipments.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returns
Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To return your product, you should email us for a return address closest to you. We do not charge a restocking fee.
